One Seahawks safety has already opted out of this year’s Pro Bowl as Earl Thomas annouced last week that he won’t play. It looks like Kam Chancellor will do the same.

A press release on the Colts’ website states that Indianapolis safety Mike Adams is replacing Chancellor on the Pro Bowl roster. The Seahawks have not made an announcement.

Chancellor missed Seattle’s final three regular-season games due to a bruised tailbone but returned for the playoffs. A video from KIRO 7, taken last Monday as the Seahawks cleaned out their lockers, showed Chancellor with a swollen right hand.

Chancellor and Thomas were among seven Seahawks selected to the Pro Bowl. The others were quarterback Russell Wilson, kick returner Tyler Lockett, cornerback Richard Sherman, defensive lineman Michael Bennett and middle linebacker Bobby Wagner.

The game will be played Saturday at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii.
