Tuesday Rewind: Tim Kurkjian on Felix’s chance of winning the Cy Young

Today’s Groz show began with a rant on why George Steinbrenner has no business in Memorial Park at Yankee Stadium. The Groz believes “it’s an embarrassment to the Yankees” that Steinbrenner’s monument is the largest in the park because he doesn’t deserve to be considered one of the greatest Yankees of all time.

ESPN’s Tim Kurkjian joined The Groz to give his take on the Steinbrenner monument, and why Felix Hernandez is a long shot for the Cy Young award.

Mike Sando, NFC West blogger for ESPN, provided an outlook on the division after a winless Week 2 for the Seahawks, 49ers, Rams, and Cardinals. Sando also talked about the Seahawks, and why Matt Hasselbeck still gives them the best chance to win.
