Local hoops ref needs some help

This story in the Everett Herald details the plight of Mike Cashman, a local high school basketball official (and uncle of Chris Cashman) who’s struggling with a debilitating hip injury.

Chris Cashman will co-host a benefit dinner Thursday night from 5 to 10 p.m. at Shawn O’Donnell’s American Grill and Irish Pub (122 128th Street SE, Everett) that will help his uncle pay for the mounting medical bills.
