I went out to Seahawks Mini-Camp today with our show producer, Colin Paisley to see how things are shaping up for the team. We watched some of the practice tried to get a guage on how this year’s squad is coming together with the new coaching staff.

I must say, every time I visit the VMAC I am captivated by the beautiful facility the Seahawks call home as well as the first-class manner in which the organization carries out their business. Enjoy the view and my thoughts on the coaching staff and newcomer, Colin Cole.
