Hair of the Dog (or the radio host)

As I mentioned a couple of times over the past week or two, my wife has recently become insistent that I add a little “style” to my life. Essentially, she wants me to put a little effort (and money) into my hair and my clothes. So, with that in mind, I decided to make an appointment at Flint Men’s Grooming in Bellevue. Sure, it was more than the $15 I’ve usually paid, but the experience made it worth it.

Oh, and while I was at it, she wanted me to do a little extra hair removal. Now, I’ve been blessed with a full head of hair. And that’s great. But unfortunately, it also means I have a body full of it also. So, I also asked for a back waxing while I was there. It hurt like a you-know-what. But I made it through…and now you can see the painful results:

 

Anyway, I had a great experience at Flints. The place has a great “manly” feel to it without going over the top. As much as it pains me to say it, my wife was right.
