Former Husky linebacker Mason Foster is among the players who will participate in Washington’s pro day workouts on Wednesday.

He joined Matt Pitman and Jim Moore on the Calabro show on Tuesday and said what he hopes to show off most is his speed.

“I feel like I’ve got good speed. I want to show it again, and just my lateral quickness, and definitely to show more explosiveness,” he said. “I thought I did a good job at the combine, but I’ve been working hard. I’ve had a month to get better and I just want to show how hard I’ve been working.”

Foster’s 40 time at the combine was officially listed at 4.75, though some say it was actually slightly faster.

Also of note, Foster said he has pre-draft visits scheduled in the coming weeks with the Saints and Dolphins and “a couple more teams.”
