WSU unveils their new uniforms

WSU Director of Athletics Bill Moos presented the new Cougar uniforms tonight in Spokane.

I have to say, I’m both impressed and relieved.

The uniforms, the lettering and numbering and even the alternate gray jerseys look great. They are unique without being gaudy and cool without being obnoxious.

The gray jersey, along with the gray helmet with the dark gray logo are the biggest departure from the traditional unis and instead of going completely out of control like many alternate uniforms, they’re pretty simple.

I gotta admit, I’m delightfully surprised. Well done, Nike. Well done, Bill Moos!
